On the basis of their preferences, we have focused on ready-to-eat products that can help people to a healthier way of living.
Nowadays, various ready-to-eat food products are available in the market. But we always face some situations regarding the quality of the food.

The north eastern part of India has the maximum number of people who are categorized as Non Veg community. And we started converting our thoughts into reality by preparing processed food. These are healthy, noncarcinogenic, easy to cook, delicious, and mouthwatering and can be considered in both Starter and Main Courses. We can preserve them for a long duration without adding any preservatives at home.

” A little learning is always very dangerous” – to get rid of this, our already experienced team undergone training cum workshop at the prestigious National Meat Research Institute (NMRI), Hyderabad.
Initially, we started preparing SMOKED Pork/ Chicken and Pickles in both categories. With these specially prepared items, we get huge satisfaction from our customers.
Other items like Sausages, Salami, Nuggets, Meatballs, etc are in the pipeline.
We deliver our products across the country with a proper method without degrading the quality of the food.

Our Story

Assam is one of the most picturesque states in North East India. Even Assamese food reflects the Region’s deep connection with nature. To narrate the journey of SMAAKOZ, we have to start from Xodiya. We went to Xodiya because we had a strong desire to travel.
According to acquaintances, an Ahom family took charge of our entertainment. We were very impressed by their hospitality, and with dishes they prepared. Especially preserved smoked Aari fish, small fish and meat. We witnessed how these items were smoked and dried in a sieve over the fire.
They also treated us to various traditional Assamese dishes. We tasted them with great satisfaction.
From Xodiya to Guwahati, the only topic of our discussion was smoked fish and smoked meat.
Gradually we started doing some research on this. We spoke to many experienced people. Finally, we decided to make this dish with some modernization, since the North East has a high number of non -vegetarians, specially meat.
We received training at ICAR in Amingaon . The Smaakoz came up with two products, smoked pork and smoked chicken.
SMAAKOZ products captured the market in a very short duration of time. Now you can also taste these delicious items.
